Refund policy

If you are not happy with your Item please contact me asap and I will do my upmost to put it right for you. If anything cannot be resolved I am happy to give a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Please return items in perfect condition in its original packaging. I cannot refund the original posting cost on unwanted returned items, return postage is covered by the customer unless the item has been damaged or an incorrect item has been sent. 

If your order has arrived damaged please email me at thecharlottelove@gmail.com with photographs of the damage.
